REGISTRATION
REGISTRATION
Senior Official Meeting (SOM) is by invitation only. Invited participants are welcome to register here. Due to limited space, we kindly ask that delegation size be kept limited.
International organisations and larger NGOs could be represented by principal plus two participants, smaller organisations by one participant. Likewise, we encourage state delegations to limit delegation size to 2-3 participants where possible.
Within 10 working days after completing your approved conference registration, you will receive a confirmation letter to be used for visa application. The confirmation letter will be sent to your registered email address.
To facilitate the application process, please consult the nearest Norwegian embassy’s website for information about the specific procedures and documents needed in your country. You can find your nearest Norwegian embassy here.
The duration of processing visa applications, once a complete application dossier has been submitted, is normally 15 working days, but may take up to 30 days in some cases. We therefore recommend applying for a visa as early as possible.
In case you will be granted travel sponsorship, we will send you a confirmation letter to be included in your visa application.
